IR 3320i jam in tray 2

I have a IR 3320i machine that was running to some extant. All of a sudden it started to jam at start up. It says to remove paper from tray 2 re feed sensor #8. The jam location is 0-0A06-0 or 0-OA06-1. The jam condition is at start up as the progress bar is finishing up on boot.

I have tried other paper feed trays in this unit. I have tried other paper feed units from other models (3300, 2200 ) but all seem to do the same. Just friday I got a paper feed unit to come up correctly. When I walked in the door Monday am it booted and went into jam code.

I need to hit a delivery date this week.

    Thoughts?

start up jam codes indicate a stationary jam/ something is blocking the sensor arm / or arm is out of normal start up position / check your paper path sensors

A Jam Code of 0A06 Occurs at Power Up Problem :
During the power up sequence, a jam code of 0A06 in generated. The code could not be cleared by opening the doors or rebooting the machine.

The code is generated by the PS8 Cassette #2 retry sensor. When checking the sensor in I/O mode under DCCON, P015 bit 1, the indication was one (1) indicating paper was being detected at the PS8 sensor.
