    when i turn on ir 7200 n show logo canon, cannot loading to the menu

        Could be.
        Could also be firmware, Hdd, bootrom, memory.

            My guess would be the hard drive is not loading the system software... first step in the trail would be to reload system software on the hard drive using Service Support Tool and the System Software for the iR7200.

                How for does the little bar move? Where it stops determines what part of the system is failing. If it dont start at all then it is not even booting. If it moves about 20% then stops then it is probably corrupt system software. Reflash the machine then start from there.
