Is this the 1st time this has happened or is it happening frequently?

If its the 1st time, try unplugging the copier form the wall and reseating the cables in the back. Usually this code can be reset.

If it happens frequently (or won't reset), reseat all the boards that plug into the main controller in the system box, there are 4 or 5 of them. When putting them back in tighten the outer screw 1st (furthest from the MC) then the inner one second (closest to MC).
