I need a Canon Imagerpress C1 for a customer, someone told me that they have this machine with the above code. Need to know what it is to see if I buy it and repair it.
there is a buffer pass unit that hangs on the left hand side of the machine. More than likely the plug that supplies 24V to that unit is not plugged in or come loose causing your error code. Worse case scenario is the power supply is shot, but every time I have seen that code it is the connector.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Indicates that the power supply identification connector is not inserted or faulty.
This error indicates a bad main or sub power supply. After checking the power supplies, it was discovered that this code can also be generated by a loose connection to the buffer de curling unit. These are the connectors that go to the copier from the de curling unit.
Hi,
I had the same code few months ago!
This machine has 2 power cables, check the SUB Power cable (see attach.).
A missing/poor connection of this cable may generate this error code.
It can seem stupid but it is in this way...
Good luck!
