canon ir2022 not powering.

hallo guys, am in Uganda with this strange problem of one IR2022 copier MFP, it was working initially fine ,then it got this feeder assy issues like paper jam yet the paper has passed already, we decide to detach the machine in order to access the feeder but after cleaning the feeder sensors and rectifying the jam issues , to try to power up the machine to run the tests it just blinked once and then went off , i tried to re-dismantle it and assemble it back but it was not powering at all , i didn't hear any noise nor and smell, this is so weird with this machine , tried to check the Power supply unit but it seems to be ok, tried the main DC controller board, am really stake hear, i will be very glad if anyone rescues me otherwise client is on my neck.Thanks very much in advance.

is the green power light on /when u flip switch/ or do u mean the copy key light is out /u may have tripped machine circuit breaker=check/

what do u mean by dis mantle ???
