hi... can anyone help me, i got iR2270 firmware v3701 with SST4.11E, But when i try to download using HDF, in the panel screen only appear Copy and Mailbox, there is no scan, can you tell me what is the problem ?

Sounds like you may have a C Boot-Rom not a N one and don't have the 256MB expansion RAM. Can you check the boot-rom and look in service mode? Also have you had the Scan feature appear before on this copier? Details about the difference between having the network kit and not should be found in your service manual.
If you have a C Boot-ROM and/or don't have the 256MB expansion RAM you will need a network kit. You can pick these up pretty cheap for old models like this if you look hard enough. -
All copier is e602 001, so i have to replace the boot room with N before downloading ?

Firstly did you have the scan feature before the hard disk failure? If yes, then check to make sure you've re-installed everything you needed to.
If unsure, check the BOOT-ROM. Is it C or N. Also check that you have the expansion RAM.
You can check these in Service Mode. Read your service manual.Comment

i dont know the copier feature before, because is an import copier, and all the hardisk are totally erase.Comment

Ok then, check if you have the N boot-rom and expansion RAM (extra 256MB RAM giving 512MB RAM in total - copier comes with 256MB RAM as standard). If not, if you want the scanning feature you'll need to buy them and put them in.Comment

A bit on C,P,H,N Boot printer function.
C cannot print.
P support UFRII only, no PS/PCL
H support UFRII, PCL.
N support all.
