Need Helpful advise for IR-C5051, 5035 Toner issue

Our R&D ask me a question.
For Canon IR-C5051, 5035 , the machines has a function.

When the machine is working, If the cartridge do not run out of toner, the cartridges can not be pulled out.

I think this is a new function Canon placed in the newer model machine but Is there a way to disable this function?

How to open the Toner Container Front Inner Covers to remove the toner containers !!!

Enter Service Mode and navigate to:

    COPIER > OPTION > DSPLY-SW > Level 2 >< T-CRG-SW> Set to "1"

    Power Cycle the imageRUNNER

Now enter Settings / Registration > Adjustment / Maintenance > Maintenance >< Replace Specified Toner >

Follow the on-screen instructions and open the main toner cover.
Select the [Replacement Needed] tab, and select [Replace. not needed] tab.
Now all the color toners will be displayed.
Select the color of the toner to open it's cover.
Now the [Remove Toner Cartridge] tab will be enabled. Select the Remove Toner Cartridge tab.
The message [The selected toner still can be used. Do you want to replace it] select YES.

    * The Toner Cover will now open and the toner cartridge can be removed. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the cartridge. *

**How to display / or hide the Toner Container replacement screen mode in user mode.

Enter the setting value in service mode LEVEL 2 under COPIER > OPTION > DSPLY-SW > T-CRG-SW to ON [1] or to OFF [0]
Turn OFF/ON the main power switch.
Settings / Registration > Adjustment / Maintenance > Maintenance > Replace Specified Toner

***** Do not replace toner cartridges until the message prompting you to do so appears.
