Repost for pototea: ir C3220N Won't Print

Hi, I have a Canon ir C3220N which won't seem to print. Let me start by saying I am a home user & bought this printer off Ebay for my mother in law who is starting up a publishing company.

When I attempt to print something, I can see the job in the printer queue but after about 1-2 minutes I get a "document failed to print" message with no other specific error message. The photo copy feature works ok so mechanically I am assuming the printer is ok?

The printer is on my router & I can access the Fiery page using my web browser.

If anyone is able to offer any advice of what to try, I really would appr4eciate this as I am tearing my hair out now

You don't have the PS/PCL drivers installed on the copier. Call a technician to come out and install the latest networked firmware using SST.
