iR6000 finisher problem

    iR6000 finisher problem

    Dear all
    problem jam in the finisher (jam code 1032) this jam coming with A4 only from the second page but A4R & A3 is ok also if you seperate the finisher from machine the machine is ok with all tray this means machine is ok...
    any ideas plz.

      Check Buffer path sensor / clean or replace Buffer Roller

          The problem solved by changed :-
          1-finisher controller PCB Ass'y(FG3-1307)
          2-solenoid(FH7-5979)
          after replacing should be adjusting sw from PCB according to service mode
