ir6000i photo prints

hi to all
im having one quality issue in my 6000i. when im taking text prints the printouts are fine but when there is any image in print the printout is not so great. images in printouts are very black as compared to print taken from another machine.can somebody help.

Are you printing the photos in Photo mode or Text & Photo mode. If you print a photo in Text mode it will come out black.

i tried to print the photos in text mode, photo mode, text and photo mode, but each and every time the copy is not so great

Whats wrong with it? Too dark? Too light? White lines? Black lines? Give us a description.

where are these printed from/ the glass copies ? or network prints ? post some pics !!!!
