Canon IR 3320i jam at power on

It's back. I thought I had this one fixed by changing power supply. I get an 0A06 power on paper jam first thing in the morning. After messing with it, it comes to Ready and works fine all day. I know it is refeed paper jam sensor #8 paper tray #2. But I have changed out paper feed boxes and the symptom is the same. Any tech pubs or ideas?

    Thanks,

I would have started with the DC controller. Your sensors plug into the controller and read the I/O of the sensors.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

You replaced the feed boxes? Whats that? An IR 3320 has an entire pick up assembly....is that what you replaced?

The code is generated by the PS8 Cassette #2 retry sensor. check the sensor in I/O mode under DCCON, P015 bit 1, the indication one (1) indicates paper is being detected at the PS8 sensor.

check the harness between J1601 on the Pickup PCB and J302 on the DC Controller .
The harness is not available as a part, if damaged the harness had to be repaired.
