    IR 2018

    can anybody please advise how to enter the service mode on 2018
    Tags: 201, 2018, 440, 645, color, cyan, e00, e000, enter, error, failure, heater, key, mode, press, release, reset, service, service mode, time, turning

                          Dear sirs tried the same but somehow is not turning to service mode
                          the SSSW always apear
                          Have the sistem error E0007
                          I know that the heater needs to be reset

                              E007-0000 ABNORMALLY LOW TEMPERATURE (detected by sub thermistor)
                              A fixing film sensor failure has been detected.
                              Fixing film rotation error

                              - Check the connector of the fixing film
                              sensor.
                              or Replace the fixing film sensor.
                              power off/open front door/now get in service mode/ re set error/inspect fix film unit

                                  only only
                                  replace fixing film assy'm
                                  part no FM3-3653
                                  good luck
