    iRC3200 with error code E732 & E733

    Hi guys,

Need advice anyone have come across these error code when the machine start to print. After you OFF/ON back the machine you can print and is a intermittent problem.

Parts have replace is main controller. The boot rom and the ram have clean it with a contact cleaner only.

    Any comment

    E732=
If the Reader (outside interface cable ) is disconnected from the Printer a E732 code will result. Once the Reader is disconnected the logic on the MAIN-Controller is changed to a "0". The copier is now set up to be a Printer only, and will not recognize the Reader.
To correct this, you must enter service mode, COPIER>OPTION>BODY>W/SCNR and set that to "1". Then you must turn the copier off, then on.

E 733=Re-seat the ribbon cables between the Reader Controller and the Interface PCB
could also be a defective DC Fuse PCB

    Fuse -- Voltage -- Connector -- Destination -- Connector
    FU25- 24vdc - J67-2 - Reader - J565-1
    FU25- 24vdc - J67-3 - Reader - J565-2

make sure to put back all the door sheet values back in/ also your Rcon numbers after a ram clr.

The reader cable plugs into "DDI-S BOARD PCB ASSEMBLY" at the rear of the printer, Remove the rear cover and the controller cover and check the connection to the main controller.
