    iRC3080i USB Print & Scan

    I am having a couple of problems trying to install a server plug in on this product

    The customer is using a network iRC3080i, and now wants to be able to install USB Print & Scan
    As a network printer it works perfectly.
    The MEAP side of the USB print & Scan has been installed and working to the basic specs
    (Plug in a memory stick into the USB port of the device, and it sees it)
    Due to it only being the basic App, it only prints off JPEG files
    Today i installed PS on it so now it now prints off PDF & JPEG

    The problem is this....
    I have the Mircosoft Server Plugin for Office 2003/2007 licence pack
    I have down loaded and got the customer IT to install it on the server, BUT the llicene number seems to be he incorrect format
    ie it's XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX format and the meap side was XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX format

    I have to looked on the LMS site and it's the latter format needed (4 lots of 4) and i have a 5 lots of 4 so can't reg this number with the ser.no.
    And the install needs the correct format

    Has anyone installed any server plug in before, that can help me on this problem

      The LMS is a Web Portal where you attain the License Key for your imageRUNNER. All software based kits will be sent with a License Access Number (LAN). This number is needed along with the imageRUNNER's Serial Number to generate the License Key.
      Follow the steps below to activate your copier:
      1. Make sure you have the following:
      License Access Number (included in the kit)
      ImageRUNNER Serial Number
      Web Access to the License Management System
      2. Open Internet Explorer and browse to Canon - MEAP -. 3. Enter in your License Access Number (LAN) you received with your kit. The number is 4 sets of 4 digits. You must tab between the text boxes. It will not automatically place you in the next set. Select Next when you have entered in your LAN.
      4. The Next screen displays the information on the kit and the device it is for. If this is correct Select the Apply to Issue a License Key
      Enter in the device's Serial Number and confirm. Then hit Next.

      A preview of the device is listed in the next Window. Make sure all information is correct. Then select the Issue License Key button.
      Your license key is then displayed. Write it down and enter it on the copier. You can select the Form for Printing button to display all key information.
      After Printing the License information and testing that it works, make sure to store all information in a secure location. If the License Access Number is misplaced or lost, another one will not be issued. You will need to purchase a new kit in order to license the copier.

          But i can not enter that LAN i have as the format is incorrect
          The LMS site needs 4 lots of 4 (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), but the certificate i have has a LAN of 5 lots of 4 (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
          So the format is incorrect
          This is an extra to a MEAP app thats was installed to the device
          What i am trying to install now is a Server Plugin, not sits on the server NOT the device
          So HELPPPPP please
