    IR3570 & 4570 Paper Jam Issue

    Dear All, currently facing paper jam issue on the Canon IR 3570/4570's paper path. sometime stop after the 1st tray at the small cover, some time before the paper output tray.

    this 3570 with the inner finisher, done all cleaning of roller, change all pick up, feed roller & etc. still the same.

              Do you have the newer style vertical path rollers, they are grey?
              Do you have the new inner door ass'y.
              Do you have the newer style right side lower door B?
              What about firmware, what version is installed?
