    [Misc] ID reseting

    i got a ir8070 just finished contract with cutomer but the problem is the machine lock with their ID. Can share how to reset the ID for this machine or similar machine?

    Just do a MMI clear. function,clear,mmi

      1) Go into Service Mode by hitting [Additional Functions-2 and 8-Additional Functions]
      2) Select [COPIER]
      3) Select [FUNCTION] (One of the buttons across the top of the LCD)
      4) Select [CLEAR]
      5) Scroll to screen two of the LCD using the Right arrow key.
      6) Select [PWD-CLR]
      7) Hit [OK]
      8) Hit the RESET button twice in order to return to the Main LCD Screen.

      This will turn off the Department ID Management feature on the machine (without deleting the configured Department IDs and Passwords) and will clear out (delete) the System Manager ID and Password.
