Error code e602-003

Hi iam using ir3300 , am getting this error code can any one help me how to get this done

E602= HDD error. I didnt see the sub code in the manual. Sounds like you will need to replace the HDD and install the software on the new one.

thanks for the reply . i heard if it is 003(sub code) the HDD can b reused by formating and instaling the system software.... do u have any info about this

E602 Sub Code 0003. There times a sector error occurs when the power is turned off while data is being written to the HDD!! This will indicate a E Code 602-0003 and can prevent the machine from entering service mode.

Is your screen only a E602 at the bottom part of the screen?

You can try to execute this mode to scan and check the partions and repair any sectors on the HDD. This mode however does not always complete, if the HDD is completely damage, the HDD will need to be replace and reloaded with the latest firmware. Turn off the machine and hold down the '1' and '9' keys on the keypad for approximately 6-8 seconds when powering on the machine. A flashing block will show in the top left corner of the LCD. Normally, 'HD-Check' lasts about 15-20 minutes, and ends if no fault is encountered or specific sectors have automatically been repaired bringing up DOWNLOAD MODE on the LCD. DO NOT STOP ONCE STARTED. In certain cases, "HD-Check" can take longer than 15-20 minutes and sometimes the machine can hang in this mode and will never complete as I stated before.
