    Canon IR3320i

    Hello, i have a problem with a Canon IR3320i that when i press the start key it says printing has been completed and nothing happens. I have put in a new hard drive and loaded the latest system software but i get the same problem.Anyone can give me any info on this problem.

      does this unit have a fax board installed?
      If so unplug it from the machine and bring the copier back to a ready state and test again. I have had the fax board go bad and cause the same exact issue you are fighting.
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
