iRC3200 U send

    iRC3200 U send

    Again with these iRC3200 problem. The U send feature is missing in the display. Took the whole Main Controller P.C.B with U send card to another machine no problem.

    I believe just a setting problem. Can any one help me to solve this problem. Thank you

      1. Hit COPIER > OPTION > BODY
      2. Scroll to page 5 of 6. Locate the UI-SEND option.
      3. The UI-SEND option must be set to '1' for the Send button to appear on the copier LCD. If it is set to '0', change it to '1', hit OK, and reboot the machine.
      Assuming all of the above is correct, the last item that could cause this problem is the Resolution Switching Board. We have seen some machines where this board is not seated properly, which will prevent the Send button from appearing.
