    error appeared on the screen canon cp 660

    hello guys do you know what is the meaning of these error?

    "try turn the system right at the scanner off & on again"

    "Despite the above errors occur on those placed replaced drum unit"

    I try to replaced the drum but the error still appear what should i do sir/maam?

    any help would be appreciated, thank you very much in advance!!

          Sir the italic font is the error message acctually it was writen in german but i translate it and it said "they turn the system right at the scanner off and on again".
          "despite the above errors occur on those placed replaced drum unit"

          that is the error message sir.
