                                service dealers wont support imported/used machines. besides the 1st posters who ask for sst , will be asking for how to connect the SST in the 2nd post and how to get the firmware in the 3rd post . He!He!

                                    don't the service techs in isolated locations support each other/ or is it a cut throat business/ all techs should have or develop some sort of networking support with each other/ being in this business over 20yrs., if u remain honest and trustworthy, word spreads about your reputation. that statement holds true no matter where u live or work.

                                        not here anyway . I haven't seen any tech last more than 6-7 years. Honest and trustworthy is not the language spoken. Ive been seeing the way things are going for close to 20 years and the one who taught me to hold the screwdriver migrated to greener pastures or greener fields.

                                        Here a person charges $50 to write the system software into your hard disk. Thats not much until you figure out the cost per copy including paper is $ .0106 which should cover the establishment costs, operator costs (for a jobber) , maintenance etc etc and of course profit!
