[Error Code] iRC 3200 error E805-0002

Facing these problem lately, when you do copy and print from PC on single sided copies machine works no problem. But when you do both sided(duplex) the 1st sided copies ok but when comes to 2nd sided the machine will appear the error code E805-0002. Refer to manual is the cleaner fan faulty.

Parts have changed all the exhaust fan, DC controller P.C.B and power supply but still the same problem. Any advice guys ?

Remove the red wiring harness modification for FM5. Your machine no longer needs it since you have a high enough firmware version installed on it.

It does not matter whether
the Delivery Fan Cable mentioned in technical publication TP04 217a.pdf is installed or not when replacing
the DC Controller with the new type. FG3-3011-020

check the part # u used

New DC Controller PCB
Mark of [XXXXXX02] (or the
last 2 digits are “02” or later on Pcb.

Also Change Internal Delivery Roller/ they get too soft from heat

***u can also have a bad Duplex pcb & Fuse pcb - change both at the same time if Duplex issues still occur
this model noted for combined Fuse & Duplex issue

what happens is that DUPLEX DRIVER blows FU27 or 26 on Fuse Pcb.
also check your Jam history for any - Jam Codes of 0A0A / 010A
