      I had already Turned off firwall in all comps and I m not able to find any firewall in this machine.

      Please help....

        Have you tried it from your laptop?,,, this will rule out customer's network/computers as a source of your issue...

          its look u have a few problem..
          1) check your drum unit, maybe your waste toner inside the drum unit is full or clog at cleaning blade area..
          2)check your fuser..clean everything..
          3)check mirror inside scanning area
          4)if all above is not working, u need to open cover and take out laser unit..just clean laser unit, mostly poligon motor..

            hello..i am try to use RUI for my ir2016i..so what is admin password if i need use its admin mode..?

                Speak to your Administrator
                / some companies block RUI for security reasons
