and the exact position of the HDD and how to remove it?

are u a Canon trained tech ??

I guess not, if u ask where the HDD is in a 5570

if so, u should know that it requires the (Canon Service Support Tool) SST tool/ & iR5570 firmware.

if u never heard of this/ go call for help

Like Teckat said you will get an E602 if you format it without SST and reinstall firmware.
