IRC3200 all four colors not lined up ON 2 machines here - HELP!!

Do you know why a Canon IRC3200 would print all 4 colors separately - meaning when you look at the final output, the colors are all in a different place instead of "lined up" - my tech and I have tried everything and we are at a loss - we have 2 of these printers that are doing this now - so both of my IRC3200s are down.

Of course he has cleaned them many times and we have changed out the boards.

It is very strange that we cannot clear the dcon controller.

    Any help is appreciated!!

To add to Screwtape's advice, cleaning things is all well and good, but be sure to look at the "life" counters for the ITB belt, cleaning blade, internal transfer rollers. These items need to be replaced at end of life, as slippage begins to occur, and that is what is causing the problem initially. Also the three drive components on the ITB will get worn and also produce this same problem.

            FU3-0266-040 Gear on ITB
            FU3-0546-000 Single gear in cluster
            FG6-9662-000 Swing gear cluster assembly

you may have to home out the lasers, remove all four lasers and spin the gear until the cut out is visible in the round hole in the bracket - good luck!
