canon cp660 Error code E216

hello sir did you already incountered this error code in canon cp660 E216 it said in the manual

E216/E219

Cause
-Fluorescent
lamp
-Inverter PCB
-Reader controller
PCB

i try to change those parts but still the error appear, i clean the flurescent sensor board and chnge it its the same the lamp is have a light when it copies. what do u think guys about the said error? wait for your reply sir, thank you very much. and godbless......

I've never worked on one of those, but CCD units have been known to cause lamp codes even though Canon doesn't list it as a possible cause in the book.

Another thing to check is the scanner frame. Those have the free standing scanner and if someone leans on the front and the frame gets warped it will cause lines or weird error codes.
