hi all
can anybody help me in this problem,that is the message come on the screen (message Board)i dont know what this and machine needed password i make clear 3 week ago but problem return again

Select "Additional Functions", then "System Settings" you will notice that the "Clear Message Board" soft switch is highlighted then select "Clear Message Board".

If the message persists then enter Service Mode > Copier > Function > Clear > MMI select the OK key and cycle the Main Power Switch. Be aware that all user mode settings will be cleared.
