[Misc] Canon IR1610 scan and fax issues

hi do any one know how to change the fax auto answer ring time on a canon ir1610? does any one know how to scan from copier ir1610 to pc ?
i have ftp to ir1610 and it say scan is enabled.
with the fax part is this done in service mode, if so what the code? or is it a hardware thing like change some dip switch setting? Can anyone help ?
