Have you thought about going to a dealer and asking a salesman, "1 new copier please". Take it back with you and throw yours away, junk yard may give you something for it. guess what? your copier has near "0" copies on it and no laws broken. This idea is still cheaper than the fine or jail time you can get by conning some poor sod who wants to buy a machine from you.
IR2870, 4570,3570,2270, I find zero-counter, please.

This thread will run only as long as people continue to post in it. I have said what I have to say on the subject. I will post no further comments on this thread, I advise all others to take the same course of action. On to more deserving topics!!

To zero the counter you must remove the counter pcb from the copier and then drill a small hole in the center of the board using a 1/4: drillbit. Then reinstall pcb. Spray the circuit board with machine oil prior to installing. While performing this procedure it helps to have a 9v battery with you and you must lick the battery contacts while performing this counter reset procedure. Very important--this reset must be done while completely naked!Comment
