Canon IR-C3200 - How to turn OFF Department ID feature

Hello everyone :
I have a customer with a Canon IR-C3200 the asks for the Department ID access code, but they do not have these ID codes and they want to turn off that feature. I purchased and download the service/parts manual for this machine ( 1458 pages long ), but I cannot find how to get rid of the department ID feature. Does anybody happen to know how I may turn off this feature?

You have to go into Service Mode Level 1. Go to Copier>Function>Clear>PS-WRD. I believe that's what the password selection looks like but may be wrong. When you go into the clear function and scroll through the screens, you'll see it. Select it and hit OK. Then say good bye to your System Manager Password. Reboot the iR and go into Additional Functions>Dept.ID Management and turn off the Dept. ID function.
