IR3300i Mailbox Erasing Documents

Would appreciate if anyone might know a setting on the IR3000i that might address the mailbox function that is erasing scanned documents that are placed into them.

Scanned documents stay in mailbox for about a day or so. Thank you.

Additional Functions-> Mailbox Settings-> User Inbox Settings.
Select a user, there you will see time until Doc. erases.
0=Off
