[Misc] IR5570 Universal send error

I purchased a used iR5570 with the universal send already liscensed, when i try to send to my Email I get a message that says; the file attachment cannot be processed by internet fax. This machine does not have a fax unit installed.

Does your display show "SEND" on the screen????

You are describing an I-FAX which is different from what you are asking.

Universal send error

Hers's what I found, the E-mail/I-Fax settings I had the wrong SMTP server address entered.

I changed the address to match our outlook server and it took right off.
