    [Error Code] Canon CLC E020-02F1

Hi All - started having problems last week, copier would run 5-10 copies and then stop and give error code E020-02F1. Message said to turn machine off then on - once it warmed back up I get another 5 copies and then code again. Seems to be getting worse - is it a sensor with the cyan?

    Thanks for any help!

What model clc? I doubt it's just a sensor. You either need to replace the cyan drum unit, or replace the developer-depends on the model.

Ouch! Try removing the cyan dev, drum. You may be able to keep running after a good cleaning of the process area-check the corona assemblies. Chances are you may need to restart the cyan.
Any idea of the copy count on the current dev?

This is usually due to your hopper not supplying toner to the developer.
Are you a tech or end user? This could get involved on the troubleshooting side of things....
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Under 15k and all ready your getting E20's. What are you printing. If your not a tech I would suggest you have somebody who know's how to mess around with this unit. Developer shoud last about at least 40k, depending on what your printing.
