This looks like a paper moisture problem to me. Open a fresh ream of paper and try that to test for it. I assume it is as humid in India as it is in Iowa, USA. If the paper sits awhile, this can happen. 15 sheets down into the stack, the paper is probably drier,,, till is sits for awhile and soaks up some more humidity..."Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"

1. Your paper may have moisture.
2. Your transfer and separation corona assemblies may have moisture. Check for any sign of oxidation. Clean if necessary.
Is there any dehumidifier in that machine? Turn it on if you find.Comment

Bottom Line= that is a Paper Stock issue/ are u a tech. ?? if so u should know this by now/ , always check paper when u see something like that**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment

there are no dehumidifiers in imageRunners
Customer can purchase one to put in room/ or store paper in a large plastic bin w/ a cover-
I had a customer shrink wrap their unused paper out of the ream-
u should load more paper than u need in Decks/or Cassettes - I preach that until blue in face.
Makes no sense to even load paper sizes that are rarely used during the week
