I'm using a Canon ImageRunner C3220 connected to a network at my small business. I also use Fiery Command WorkStation. I have three computers connected to this network. Two are running Vista and the third is running Windows 7. One of the computers running Vista doesn't have any problems. The second computer running Vista can print through the WorkStation but cannot access the web spooler (RUI).
On the computer running Windows 7, I installed the printer using the Add Printer and used the Windows 7 PS3 driver from the Canon website. The set up was fine, but when I sent a test page, nothing happened. The job didn't show up in the Windows spooler nor the WorkStation. There was no response from the printer. However, I can ping the printer and get a response. When I open WorkStation, I can see and change/execute other print jobs currently in the queue, but just can't print.
Mainly I just want to be able to print from my Windows 7 machine. Any suggestions?
