    Image Runner 3570 RUI

    Have option turned on in "additional functions-system settings-RUI on.
    Go to customers comp and pull up IE. Put copiers ip address in address bar but still cant get the interface to come up. Says page cannot load.

    Any suggestions?

        Check system software to ensure RUI was loaded (by checking version)? (not same as switching it on)

          Turned out RUI was not loaded on system software. Had to reload software and works fine now.

            A small addition to this.

            I have an IRC1021 that I cant the RUI to work on. Either on the customers network ( the rest of their fleet, 40 or so machines inc 3x1021's works fine) or on my own laptop. With any browser.
            I have loaded Sys Software up to Ver58.xx but still no joy.

            Anyone had similar?

            I Believe , again anyone confirm , that changing the location from UK to , say EU , and back is the equivalent of an all clear on these?
