    i have a canon ir5570 too light image i check ithe primary corona and the laser unit and the image is still too light
    please i need help,thanks

    Check your developer!

    Check potential control!

    Where are you making copies from when this happens?

      do u have any error codes shown in history ?
      post some images/ could be a HVT issue/ check HVT CONNECTOR

      is this on prints or copies ?- or both ?

        the machine gives me v1lt =60 & v1lm=94 and v2lt=60 &V2lm=90
        how can i adjust vl
