1, what is the reading on vdt / vdm and vlt / vlm
2, also there is a toner save setting in either level1 or 2 service mode, copier/option/body or user and it is called cotc-d I think, it should be set to 0

The readings are: VDT=370, VDM=373, VL1T=60, VL1M=30

Toner save is not turned on.

you did not mention the HARNESS, did you change the harness going from sensor to board?

If you mean the cable that goes from sensor to board, yes I have replaced it as well. Sorry for my english.But I didn't make any adjustments after replacing it. I looked in the sedrvice mode, but couldn't find anything about the procedure after replacing it.

my canon ir5570 copy is too light i cheack service mode vl1t=60 and vilt=94
i clean laser unit and primary corona but copy is same.
please i need help,

At first you should clean the polygon mirror of the laser, check the height of the primary corona wire, pre-transfer and transfer.
Check and clean the surface of the operator of the original lamp.
Check the surface of the cylinder of the developer unit is not worn, remember that the cylinder of the developer unit of this machine is black.
check if values are equal up to the values of service mode.
