    EP4000 copier

    when I reset my mashine and start it again Duplex unit appear message
    can not copy (Duplex unit has broken before) how can I clear the message ?

    Everything on this model should reset by opening and closing the front door. If you keep getting a duplex error you probubly have a prublem that will not simply reset. The guilds for the paper size cycle when it is reset. Be there is nothing blocking them. These units are bad about getting little peices of paper in front of senses.
