    IR-3320i and IRC-3200 codes

I could use a little help with the same code on 2 different model. The code is E000732-001 and I have it on 2 macines a IR2220n and a IRC-3200. Now get this the first person who gets me the info wins a million dollars............ I swear! These are wholesale machines and we dont do a lot of Canon so any help is appreciated.

on the ir E732 is communication problem between reader and main controller...

Both those models have a cable that runs to the reader, I would check that first, dont dig any deeper unless you have too

Thank you ladies and gents, it was the cable on both machines, unfortunately the shippers dinged up the narrow SCSI connector on the one unit so we will have to repair or replace it............ Thanks again!
