E110- refers to the laser motor.

You might just have to replace the laser

I hope u did not vacuum out with printer plugged in wall ??
Using a Vacuum causes static charges/ hope u used a small brush attachment on hose to deflect static.

U may have a blown DC Controller / I would first check ALL the fuses on DC Controller for "Continuity"
            Multi-testers - Testing Continuity With Multi-testers

/ when u check with meter, have machine unplugged from wall outlet/if u find an open Fuse- replace DC Controller

Pic below just points out fuses dis-regard arrow

to add on/ u may have bent leaf spring out of position on reg roller /
Seems odd to me , but an old tech pub from Canon mentions this for a possible E110 code

Reformed the leaf spring on the front side of the machine for the steel registration roller. The spring was not making contact with the roller.

If it ends up being the DC.

Make sure that you replace with the right one.

Do not swap a 4570 Dc controller into a 2270.

This can also cause a E110.

Just in case the thought comes to mind.

I would check the leaf spring that was mentioned before. We had an E110 on a 4570 that one of the guys serviced for a "squeak". Turned out he cleaned the leaf spring area and replaced the conductive grease with non-conductive. Sometimes it is the simple things.

Ok - I give up on the edit. I read my post and saw "a squeak" twice. Went to edit the error - only once in the post. Saved and is twice again.
