Canon iR2200 system software

I have problem with one iR2200 and need to replace the HDD and reload the sofware. Can anyone send me system software for iR2200 or tell me where to find it ?

Hi everybody!

Just checked the Service Menu (Copier > Display > Version) and this is what I found in versions section:

DC-CON: 12.01
R-CON: 07.01
PANEL: 00.02
POWER: 02.01
FEEDER: 06.01
SORTER: 01.05
NIB: 03.00
MN-CONT: 42.03
BOOTROM: 26.44H
RUI: 42.01
LANG-EN: 43.01

Seems that my iR3300 has the following BootROM - 26.44H.

I have to versions of Firmware: iR3300_v45.01 and iR3300N_v45.01. I guess that none from above mentioned is compatible with my iR3300. Is it true? If yes, then I have to find the appropriate Firmware :-(

Can I upload other Boot ROM to my copier, in order to have v26.44C or v26.44N at the end?

Please, advise...

Well Then why I can't upload it to the copier? It gives Error code 13 (Sub code 12) every time...

SST ERROR 13= Firmware Mismatch-selected Firmware is not the same as the Target Firmware /select and verify the correct Firmware

First-u need to uninstall/re-install SST- Then make sure your 3300 Firmware is not corrupted

also make sure u have only one version of SST on laptop

Easy:
Uninstall SST, then navigate to it's installed folder and delete it. I always load mine in the Program Files folder, but if it is installed in it's default location, it is C:\canon\servicesupporttool. Delete that folder. Deleting the C:\servtool folder will get rid of any previous versions of copier system software. Now you are ready to do a clean install of SST and the System Software of your choice afterwards...

4.22 is suitable for your needs...
