Solution: When using different paper types and sizes, error
codes may occur due to either the center or the ends of the fixing
film heating up. To resolve these issues upgrade the DCON
to v29.01.
Envelope creasing:
Solution: When envelopes enter the Fixing Assembly the fixing
speed did not match paper travel speed which caused a crease in the
envelope. To significantly reduce this crease, upgrade the DCON
to v29.01.
