are u a tech, or trained on 3200 ??

use a black marker on fixing drive gear to see if it is moving/ if it moves and paper still jams a entrance to fuser / check that sensor arm & paper guide plate

+++Check / fix motor connection and /or motor (M24)

check if White fuser Drive gear is broken

backward/forward ?? u mean on two sided (duplex)??

Teckat, I have a copy center and I know something about this machine; thanks for trying to help me; the problem is when I try to remove the sheet of fuser rollers in case backward or forward the paper makes some wrinkles. It isn't the duplex; only when I send a copy or print, the paper jams
