[Error Code] Error 147 SST communication updating Room IR2800

Hello! I'm new here, I hope someone can help me.

I have a IR2800 copier, and I bought the full kit to print on the machine. I follow the instructions, but on my computer SST cannot comunicate with the machine, both conecction appears the error: network and Bi-Centro.

    What I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance

    1) Turn off the machine’s main power switch, and disconnect the power plug and the
    network cable.
    2) Using a parallel cable, connect the PC to the parallel connector on the left side of the

    • At this time, the PC must remain OFF.
    • Connect the 25-pin connector of the cable to the PC and the 36-pin connector to the machine.
    3) Turn on the power switch of the PC, and start up the Service Support Tool.
    4) Connect the machine’s power plug to the power outlet, and turn on the main power

thank you! The switch on sequence was what I was faulty... I follow your start sequence & plug, and Everything goes well. Thank you so much.

But, I have one more question... Where can I configure the IP address, submask, etc...? I search every menu, but I see nothing. Maybe I need a System Password ID?

      Thank you again!

what Kit are u talking about ???

if u have a Fiery/imagePass connected to the 2880printer/ look for Printer Tab on control panel screen-u may need to hit (arrow)-> to scroll to next to next window.

if u have no Fiery/imagePass/ u set it up under additional functions> System Settings
