Canon IRC 3220 keep warming up after replace new magenta drum

yes just replace a brand new magenta toner

I notice that in the service mode, under copier, under DEN, the density for Magenta is between -2.00% to -4.00% , while the other color DEN is between -0.5% ~ -0.6%.... what do all this mean....my magenta drum still cause me problem...now it shows 02b0 error and after take out and put back several time it is ok again....why ?
