I got my IR3025 Printing now...i spoke to canon and they provided me with an activation key.

**Just called Canon, they said there is a typo error in Ref Guide-
u need the LMS FOR Both UFR II/PCL Printer Kit-S1 & PS Printer kit

u need to call Canon about the LMS issue u are having

The brochure info below is correct./ disregard Reference option list I posted.

sorry about that imagePass question, this model has no option for a Fiery.

Canon may have posted some misinformation on the UFR II/PCL Printer Kit-S1/, in the Reference guide it does not list that a LMS is needed, but in brochure link below it has the word "Activate the optional UFR II/PCL Printer Kit-S1"

Glad you ammended your previous post as Canon did away with the boot rom system for printing with the xx70 series machines and went with the LMS key starting on 3045 series.

i am trying to print directly to the USB Port. is it possible to send me a link where i can get the right UFR drivers for the IR3025??

the Machine recieves the print job but nothing comes, i checked the prink log and the print status was indicationg...NG (#853)
wondering what i'm missing...is there a way to check if my model (IR3025) requires a certificate for LMS Activation??

The S1 print kits are UFR/PCL and then there is also a PS kit as well. The 3045 does not come standard with this series like it does some others. If you are getting this error then the license key might be corrupt in which case you need to contact canon. Without seeing the key there is no way of telling.
If you scan it make sure you block out the key so no one takes and uses it on you....

The UFR II/PCL Printer Kit-S1/does not require LMS Activation

I remember installing one these a while back. And yes, I don't remember having to activate any printing options. I believe it was standard.

Why don't attach a image of that certificate so that we can see.

As Teckat suggested. Set up the print driver.

There is no way your gonna get around this.
