    Canon IR3570 Fax Problem

I need help with this issue on a Canon IR3570. The fax is not working at all. I installed the machine and set up all options, everything works fine. No error codes come up. What happens is as trying to send a fax, if I touch the Hook Key I get a dial tone. as soon as I touch the dial pad and start a number it just locks on that number as a continuous beep. It won't pick up a incoming fax either. I have replaced the Fax Controller and the Line in Board
Then replaced the Power Supplies that the fax plugs in to and the one in front of that one.
Same problem. The line is good.. they had a Canon IR400 using it as a fax and put it back there to use while I am trying to fix this one.

    your talking about Super G3
    install ?
make sure line type in user mode & line type connected to machine match
are your country & region settings/ set in service mode FAX>TYPE>TYPE

did u go in Additional Functions > select System Settings
select the option that reads " Restrict Access to Destinations
enable the use of the fax driver_Allow Fax Driver TX >ON

    in Additional Functions
Press: TX Settings (under Fax Settings)
Turn off the option, "Check for Dial Tone Before Sending"
Shut down and restart the imagerunner

      Firmware could be corrupted.

Trying doing a scan disk. Hold down 1&9 upon boot up, let it finish. It will say download mode.
You can reboot or flash the machine at that point. I had a similar issue and performed the steps and it helped.
