    [Jamming] ir 2020 duplex

Getting jamming ltr only 2nd side. If it doesn't jam, it will skew 2nd side.
Paper sits on the left door assembly, near the top. There seems to be a guide that free floats-no spring or selenoid, that the jam occurs near.
Any suggestions would be welcomed greatly!

what are the Jam codes ?

Try and use Special Mode O to prevent paper jams.

The default settings is 'Off' for both Stack Bypass and Drawer.

    1) Press [Additional Function].

    2) Press [Adjustment/Cleaning].

    3) Press the up and down arrow key until you see [Special Mode O].

    4) Press [Special Mode O].

    5) Select [Medium], [High], or [Off] for the desired paper source.

    6) Press [OK].

[Medium]: Paper separates easily from the drum, prevnting paper jams.
[High]: Prevents paper jams more effectively than when Medium is selected.
    [Off]: Disable Special Mode O.

When you select [Medium] or [High], the image may become faint.

    7) Press [Done] repeatedly until you see the Basic Feature screen.

The guide(flapper)is supposed to be hooked up to a solenoid. The guides break all the time at the end near the solenoid that the spring hooks onto

I've checked that guide-on the door assembly. That is the area of the jamming though.
I was able to swap door/duplex assembly-same results-seems like the reverse guide inside the machine delivery area [paper reverses] are the culprits. Jams right were the idle rollers mounted on leaf springs.

The flapper i am talking about is not on the door...its on the machine. It directs the paper to either the upper or lower delivery tray in the belly of the machine. Its actually part of the 2 way inner tray assembly....fc6-6739...all i am saying is look carefully at all guides and flappers on this machine...they break all the time....very cheap and brittle plastic. If you have skewing and jamming something is out of place
