    irc3220 print log

    Hi all,

Is there a way to view all the print and copy logs for a specific timeframe (a month) with irc3220?

Thanks all, sorry i can't find any manual for this printer.

    1) On the copier, press [System Monitor]

    2) Select the job type [Copy], or [Print].

    3) Select [Log].

    4) Select [Print List].

    5) Press [Yes].

    6) Press Done.

Not to sure about time frames.

      Thanks Screwtape.

Yeah, I've already done that, but the last date on the log is only a few days ago. I was hoping it is possible to view older logs.

I don't think its possible as far as I know.

What are you trying to accomplish by doing this.

I was asked to make a report of all prints and copies made during the last month. For housekeeping purposes. Thanks though for the quick replies.

Set up dept ID's under additional functions> system settings if you want to keep track.

Yes, we do have Dept. IDs. Will I be able to see usage details, specifically quantities for each dept? Much appreciated.
